Shipping policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-3 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details.
Shipping within India
- We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Deliveries to remote areas or small towns may take slightly longer due to courier network limitations.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available for most of the products.
- Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
- COD is available with a ₹75 convenience fee added at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number (AWB/Docket Number) via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using this tracking number.
Multiple Shipments
- If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
- For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Delays & Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, unforeseen weather conditions, or incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
International Shipping
- Currently, our operations are limited to India.
