Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, along with receipt/proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Products

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • You receive a defective or damaged item
  • You receive the wrong product

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.

Exchange Policy

If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery
(Valid for up to 2 products per order).

For all other exchanges, including size issues or incorrectly ordered products, please contact our team via email at misercountry@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9686792198 to initiate the exchange request.  A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged per exchange request as shipping charges.

Bomber Jackets and Leggings are not eligible for size exchange, as they are custom-tailored.

Bulk Order Policy

Bulk or custom-made orders are produced specially as per customer requirements, therefore returns or exchanges are not applicable.
However, in case of a manufacturing defect, products may be reported within 7 days for a resolution.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your return and complete the quality check, we will notify you about approval. If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Bank/UPI/Card processing time may vary by provider
  • On customer request, refunds can be transferred to a bank account with a cancellation fee up to ₹75
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the product value will be transferred to your bank account
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
  • Only product cost is eligible for refund
  • Refunds are not applicable for discounted items(more than 30%) , or Buy 1 Get 1 Free order
  • Gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are processed only after Quality Check is passed

Shipping & Delivery (Domestic)

  • Orders are processed in 2–3 working days
  • Delivery takes 5–7 days from dispatch (may vary for remote locations)
  • Tracking details (AWB/docket number) will be sent via email once shipped
  • To deliver to multiple addresses, place separate orders

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most pincodes in India. Irrespective of your order amount, an additional Rs.75 will be added to your total if you choose the payment mode as Cash on Delivery (COD).

For COD orders, the additional COD fee added at checkout is non-refundable in case of cancellation or return.

Cancellation Policy

Since all products are printed on order, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order (before printing begins).
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment mode.

We are not responsible for courier delays or delivery failures due to unforeseen events or customer unavailability.
